Lost and found

Got down to writing an article on “Intermittent Fasting” today. I was searching everywhere for my copy of Krista Varady’s “The Every Other Day Diet” – rummaged thoroughly through bookcases in my Study and other rooms. Even checked upstairs. Nope, nothing. Took a break and did some exercise and noticed a book propping up my laptop. Yep, you guessed it – I found the book. So what contributed to the increased clarity – was it just a break or was it the exercise?
